HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is an ancient Indian system of harmonizing mind and body. Translated from the Sanskrit word “hatha” means power, force or necessity. The syllable “ha” symbolizes the sun, and the syllable “tha” – the moon. So, the main task of hatha yoga is the balance of organism between the sun and the moon, activity and relaxation. Hatha yoga seeks for achievement the peace of mind, harmony of body, spirit and environment. This practice of self-culture harmonizes and strengthens individual at all levels – from body to mind, even more “spiritual” energy components. Hatha yoga consists of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), concentration, meditation (relaxation), shatkarma (cleansing techniques). This kind of “philosophy of the body” works with consciousness and energy of man comes through work with the body and its progress. Ethical principles of hatha yoga are described in the first two stages – yama and niyama.
KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini yoga, the yoga of awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be useful to anyone regardless of age or physical ability. The practice includes breath work, yoga postures, work with sound, chanting of mantras. With Kundalini Yoga you can build a healthy body, balance the mind, as well as facilitate the expression and realization of your abilities and potential. The class of kundalini yoga consists of chanting mantras, carrying out the warming complex and the main complex (kriya is a sequence of actions), relaxation and meditation.

UNIVERSAL YOGA
Universal yoga is the result of more than 20 years of practice of the world famous master Andrey Lappa. The technique is based on objective and relevant to all knowledge about the structure of a human being. The word “yoga” has three main meanings: the integration, control and balance. Thus the aim of yoga is to achieve harmony at all levels through paying attention to the development of each part as well as between individual and his environment. For this purpose universal yoga offers simple and effective practices adapted to the needs of modern people. Universal style is a flexible system that can be used as a standard sequence or as an individual approach to the construction of training. Activity in the group of the universal yoga is a balanced practice which includes warm-ups, exercises for the legs, arms, spine, inversions, breathing exercises as well as mantras and visualizations (to control the auditory and visual channels).
HOT YOGA
This is hatha yoga carrying out in a specially equipped room where a special microclimate created. It maximally reconstitutes the climate of India – the birthplace of yoga. This is similar to the classic yoga in the steam that allows you to relieve quickly muscle tension, eliminate congestion in the lymphatic system and energy channels. Yoga classes at elevated temperatures let you get rid of toxins, increase joint flexibility, lose weight. A certain level of temperature speeds up metabolism. By the way, hot yoga is one of the few styles where is allowed to drink water and where towels is used. The emphasis of hot yoga is on statics rather than dynamics. The sequence of postures is constant, a lot of exercises done on balance, and part of the asanas is accompanied by special breathing.
The maximum effect (when attend classes in a day) is observed for 5 class. If continue, it is better to go one or two times a week to stay in shape.
IYENGAR YOGA
Yoga is a unified and comprehensive doctrine where many different schools exist. Schools differ from each other in the distribution of emphasis, focusing on different aspects of the same subject. Iyengar Yoga is a classical hatha yoga, whose origins go back to the mists of time.
Iyengar yoga practice is more static. Long stay in the posture enhances its impact not only on muscles, joints and ligaments, but also on the internal organs, systems, and even cells, as well as on the emotional state of mind. Thus, the position acts not only on the superficial, physical, but also internal, physiological level, which is one of the fundamental features of the method.
During the practice the body has become not only more powerful and flexible but also more symmetrical and even. The notions of flatness and alignment of the body in the pose are the key to yoga Iyengar. Iyengar is a feature of the method using a variety of support materials that help to dispose correctly the body in space from very beginning.
HATHA YOGA PLUS detuning of the asanas
Class of hatha yoga is directed on correct and precise detuning of yoga practice for beginners and those who are engaged in a short time as well as for advanced practitioners who want to deepen their experience. During the practice you will work with asanas, vinyasa. Special attention is given to breathwork and relaxing techniques. At the class the teacher helps you to build the basic postures of hatha yoga asanas and makes out the stages of difficult asanas .
HATHA YOGA PLUS detuning of the basic asanas
It does not matter what level of practice you have, as a rule the practice demands careful, thoughtful and accurate updating. This group of hatha yoga is created for these updatings. Practician builts up asanas correctly and can develop harmoniously and effectively in any mode of hatha yoga. At the class the teacher builds up base asanas paying attention to those positions that cause particular difficulties in the group. The group is suitable for all levels of experience.
CHILD YOGA

Child yoga is a combination of classic yoga and jolly exercises. It is course of hatha yoga which is built taking into consideration the psychological, physiological and anatomical characteristics of children and supplemented by special yoga exercises to develop concentration, memory and attention as well as the correction of vision and posture. Through child yoga quiet and still children begin to behave in an active way and hyperactive children develop perseverance and ability to concentrate. Methods and materials are selected according to age limits of children and take into account the individual characteristics of each child. The class consists of asanas combined with breath work. Children are tought in a playfool manner in our yoga child format which blends asana, yoga music, yoga games, and magical meditations into an inspiring and replenishing thematic of yoga class. Yoga helps kids get in touch with their bodies, strengthen and relax their muscles, and develop coordination, focus, and confidence. Yoga for children promotes calmness, concentration and emotional balance.
THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Yoga therapy is a treatment system based on the method of conscious awakening of the power of the organism. With the help of asanas this kind of yoga allows to impact not only on the physical body at the level of muscles and joints, but also at the physiological level, affecting the internal organs. Thanks to yoga therapy remedies functional disorders and eliminates many organic disorders. Yoga therapy is also effective in reducing body weight, in diseases and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, respiratory, digestive and nervous systems. Doing yoga you will help your body to cope with depression, stress, neurosis. Before the first lesson talk with the teacher and tell him what is your problem and what results you would like to achieve. Depending on this, the teacher will work out an individual program that takes into account your features.
PRENATAL YOGA
The program is based on the peculiarities of women’s practices during pregnancy. It is desirable to start practice with term of pregnancy of 10 weeks. You should first consult a physician to verify the absence of contraindications. Performing a special set of asanas in combination with breathing exercises during and after pregnancy will allow you to strengthen the body and to achieve peace of mind. Special attention is paid to strengthening the back muscles, abdomen. You will learn how to breathe and relax correctly whereas it is extremely important in childbirth. This class is also suitable for recovery after childbirth and a smooth transition to attend open classes.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Yoga for beginners is a systematic and leisurely introduction to the practice of yoga including the proper development and implementation of the basic asanas and pranayama.
Attention is given to master the methods of relaxation techniques. For this purpose breathing techniques and relaxation exercises are used. Special attention is paid to standing poses that make body stronger and more plastic and prepare body to do complicated poses. In addition the postures are performed to strengthen the spine and extremities, stretch the legs, master the basic inverted asanas. After a few months you can attend general groups.
INTRODUCTORY CLASS “YOGA”
This introductory course is designed for those who have never done yoga as well as for those who want to deepen their knowledge. It consists of three sessions. Each session lasts 120 minutes and consists of a theoretical (introductory) and a practical (basic) parts. The introductory part introduces you basic concepts and asanas. The main part is a practical session. During the course you will learn the basic elements of yoga: asanas, breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, meditation and yoga terminology. Each session consists of different topics and various areas of yoga, so it’s important to attend all course without missing.
First lesson
Theory: What is yoga and its components. The benefits of yoga. Traumatic safety during yoga practice. Shatkarma (cleansing techniques). Limitations and contraindications of yoga. Iyengar yoga
Practice: Standing poses as basic asanas for people who begin to practice yoga. Worked out the basic classical postures in a standing position with the detuning of the body. Particular attention is paid to deliberate footwork. Sitting poses. Security of knees and disclosure of the hip joints. Spine twisting poses and bending from sitting poses.
Second lesson:
Theory: Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The Eightfold Path of Yoga. Hatha yoga. Dynamic practice of yoga. Relaxation as an important aspect to regain strength and energy of the body. The concept of yoga nidra. The practice of “Sun Salutation”.
Practice: Surya Namaskar (“The Sun Salutation”) – a technology that helps to revive the whole body. Universal yoga. Shavasana.
Third lesson
Theory: The five sheaths of human body (System of Koshas). Chakras and energy system of human body. The concept of bandhas (body locks). Basic breathing techniques. Mantras. Postures for meditation and pranayama.
Practice: Sitting poses. Mantras. Basic breathing techniques. Fundamentals of meditation.
After the introductory course have been passed you will be able to join any group in our yoga studio that most appropriates to you.
CLASS “PRANAYAMA PLUS MEDITATION”
The class directed on soft deep body disclosing. Classes are designed for any level of training, it helps relieve nervous tension, calm the mind and improve overall health. The class runs all sorts of breath work, practices of relaxation, concentration and meditation techniques.

We are pleased to offer you private classes in our yoga studio. Private classes provide the most flexible approach to the practice of the practician. Doing yoga with the teacher whose attention is devoted only to you is a good chance to learn details of the implementation of asanas and get answers to your questions.
